Buyer agent at model homes

Do I need a real estate agent to buy a new construction home?

Not legally, but it is usually smart. The builder's sales consultant works for the builder, not you. In Central PA, a buyer's agent reviews the builder contract and addenda, compares incentives, and coordinates independent inspections, often with the builder offering buyer-agent compensation. Register your agent before or at your first model visit, and confirm each builder's policy. Read the full guide →

Want the best new-construction deals before they're gone?

Tell me where you're looking. I'll send current incentives, quick move-ins and price drops, and help you register correctly before your first model visit so you keep your own representation at no cost to you.
